Prices are inclusive of: gas, electricity, water, bed linen (sheets, pillow cases, duvets and blankets), hand and bath towels. Guests are requested to bring their own pool towels, however it is possible to hire these on site at a charge of 2 Euros per towel, payable on arrival. Heating is included in the price during low season.

Our preferred method of payment is via Bank Transfer, but if this is not possible we do accept sterling/euro cheques.

A luxury welcome hamper including various local produce and tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter and milk is provided upon arrival.

A deposit of £300 (€360) per week (or part week) is requested at time of booking along with an email confirming the booking details. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date (both payments non-refundable).

The following baby equipment is available for use, free of charge:

cot (plus cot sheet and blanket), high chair, baby bath, changing mat, nappy bin and sacks, stair gates for the first & second floors.

As standard the gite is equipped with the following basic essentials for your convenience:
toilet paper, washing-up liquid, rubbish sacks, kitchen roll, cling film, tin foil, tea towels, oven glove and all necessary cleaning cloths/products.

Arrivals accepted from 4.00pm onwards and the gite is to vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. The gite is to be left in the same state as when you arrived. For those of you who want to benefit from total relaxation a cleaning service is available at the end of your stay at a cost of 50 Euros (payable on site).
For the comfort and safety of guests there is to be no smoking in the gite.
Sorry pets are not accepted.

We advise that guests arrange comprehensive holiday insurance to include cancellation expenses for travel and accommodation, personal accident, liability and medical cover as unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility.
